As we welcome you to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with protocols for working to defeat COVID-19.
- Guests and hotel associates are no longer required to wear masks, masks are optional.
- Valet Parking services are available for registered hotel guests and restaurant patrons to utilize.
- Wearing a mask is optional for hotel associates, temperature checks are conducted at entry, and associates are advised to stay home due to any cold/flu symptoms.
Public Spaces:
- In public spaces, we have rigorous cleaning protocols in place, requiring that surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency.
- The hotel also has hand-sanitizing stations throughout public areas and partitions at the front desk to add an extra level of precaution.
- Signage throughout our hotels to remind all guests to maintain social distancing.
- PPE is easily available at the front desk.
Guestrooms:
- Limited contact check-in is available for all registered guests via a mobile device.
- Detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.
- In-Room information and menus will be available by QR code that can be scanned on a mobile device.
Dining Outlets:
- Menus are single-use and available via QR code.
- Contactless payment options are available.
Fitness Center:
- The fitness center will remain open with frequent sanitizing of all services with EPA-approved disinfectants.
- Social distancing measures should be followed.
Events:
- Sanitation stations are available at each event space. PPE is available for all guests upon request.
- Virtual technology and AV capabilities for Hybrid meetings.
- Space layout diagramming is available to ensure spacing protocols.
- Meeting space safety – frequent sanitation of equipment, controlled buffet sets, plated and to-go options.
